WA's Largest 5-Axis CNC Router. Established in November 2004, Quickform Automated Moulding has the largest 5-Axis CNC router available in Western Australia. With a capacity of 14.5m x 6m and height of 2.9m Quickform has the capabilities to take on the largest of projects. Quickform also offers laser scanning for reverse engineering.

Using a combination of state-of-the-art technology and a wealth of industry experience, Quickform can rapidly turn concepts into precise prototypes, finished moulds and if required, finished products.

Quickform's full 5-axis CNC router has a working capacity of 14.5m x 6m with a height of 2.9m.  This is combined with the latest in CAD/CAM technology to offer high speed machining of models, patterns and moulds.  We use the highest quality materials available to ensure the end product is of the highest standard possible.

Advanced design and 5-axis machining software allows Quickform to create machined plugs, patterns and moulds to customer specifications.  Our CAD/CAM capabilities offer a wide range of file transfer and software compatibility.  The router can also be fitted with a laser scanner, allowing Quickform to reverse engineer even the most complex of objects.

When we were approached by a custom car builder who had hand-crafted one side of a car's wing, we were capable of accurately capturing and mirroring the wing's geometry.

A mould was quickly manufactured by CNC machining, creating a perfect symmetry and reducing the customer's lead time by several weeks.
